HACKING THE PROPAGANDA SYSTEM, UNITING, AND CONQUERING POWER ABUSE

INTRODUCTION

The internet has allowed for old paradigms of control to crack and show their rottenness, and at this point people all over the world have realized that they live under power systems that are abusive to individuals, communities, and the planet for the benefit of very few.

Propaganda, widely understood, is what keeps many either from noticing this, or from taking consequential action. In this article (also read this article to appreciate the pervasiveness of the issue), Caitlin Johnstone explains the problem perfectly:

…“As long as the plutocrat-controlled media are able to manufacture consent for the status quo upon which those plutocrats built their respective empires, there will never be the possibility of a successful revolution.

Most people are aware to some extent that establishment propaganda is happening, but they fail to fully appreciate its effects, its power, and the fact that it’s continually getting more and more sophisticated. They continue to talk about the need for a particular political movement, for this or that new government policy, or even for a full-fledged revolution, without ever turning and squarely focusing on the elephant in the room that none of these things will ever happen as long as most people are successfully propagandized into being uninterested in making them happen.

A decentralized guerrilla psywar against the propaganda machine is the best solution to this problem. Our psywar is fought with the goal of using our unprecedented ability to circulate information to continue to kill public trust in the mass media, not with lies and propaganda, but with truth.”

She goes on to explain the process by which individuals and small groups take every opportunity to undermine empire narratives, in a way that is not necessarily organized, as long as it reaches the largest possible number of people with the effect of undermining trust in the oppressive authorities.

Johnstone says that it might not be necessary, let alone possible, to try and formulate a coherent “How It Is” narrative, given the degree of disinformation in the current media landscape. Waking people up to the reality that they are being deceived, she says, is the realistic end-goal of the guerrilla psywar.

However, many of us wonder whether the propaganda machine is morphing into something more sinister, in this post-truth era of decentralized information. That is, propaganda that somehow works to preserve the system even though a majority of people are aware of varying degrees of deception.

In spite of unprecedented levels of awareness of power abuse, we see how communities are being further split apart, individuals further isolated and discouraged, resulting in everyone “screaming to the void / preaching to the choir”, and the inability to unite for real change – whilst abusive entities appropriate everything from land to housing to food and health systems. This is accomplished by the age-old strategy of divide and conquer, which we can only defeat by coming together with a plan that is as coherent as it is expansive and flexible, such that individuals and communities worldwide can apply it independently and indefinitely.

The following is a proposed plan for an actionable way forward that not only concretely undermines the global propaganda machine, but also traces pathways for beginning to unite for truth and trust-based resistance and community building.

PLAN OVERVIEW

The core of the plan entails the mass coordination of attention on a chosen instance of power abuse that is undeniable, easily understandable by the vast majority, that is historically and globally significant, and that narratively connects other important instances of power abuse grieved by the global population.

This can be iterated many times, as long as maximum effort is made to converge the attention of audiences simultaneously on a single issue (or cluster of issues) for a certain period of time. This is what the deceivers want to avoid at all cost, because focused mass attention on inconvenient matters is not only a lethal blow to the monopoly of narratives, but it allows for consequences in a way that scattered mass attention cannot.

An argument will be presented here for choosing World Trade Center 7 (thus strategically rehabilitating conspiracy discourse) as the most straightforward instance of deception on which mass attention should be focused, causing a ripple effect that weakens the abusive system as a whole. However, other options can and should be considered, and evaluated against various efficacy parameters.

The periphery of the plan, which will unfold naturally and indefinitely as it progresses, entails effectively MAPPING power abuse, mapping real vs artificial social discord, as well as creating and mapping resilient networks of people, communities and organizations that understand that lasting sustainable change can be achieved by mending artificial divides and working together on what we agree on.

The method is that of 1) reaching prominent individuals and organizations from across the sociopolitical spectrum that are aware and concerned about institutional deception, and that possess sizeable audiences online, in institutions and/or in their respective communities. 2) To inform them of the present proposal. 3) To record and share their discussions of this proposal with their audiences and with each other. And 4) to eventually agree on a timeframe when all those who choose to participate focus their programs and conversations simultaneously on the chosen issue, and seek as much as possible to push the conversation into mainstream media, through mass-direct-action (flooding social media and other platforms, flash mobs, demonstrations, etc).

The aim is for the issue – and the overall plan – to massively reach the intelligentsia (discussed further down), such that it becomes clear what side of it will be isolated and reviled in trying to defend the rotten system, and what side will instead support the populace in its restructuring.

COORDINATING MASS ATTENTION

The most effective operations of consent manufacturing have been accomplished by coordinating the attention of the masses. Mass psychology is, fortunately and unfortunately, a fairly precise science, described in detail by social scientists such as Gustav LeBon, Edward Bernays, and Noam Chomsky among others.

This is unfortunate to the extent that blatant lies, repeated enough times to millions of people at once, take root in society with disastrous immediate consequences. Think about the effectiveness of Nayirah Al-Sabah’s testimony, or of the widely broadcast false claims about beheaded babies in the ongoing war on Gaza. In the long run, these destructive “strategic” lies also render us unable to recognize and confront abusive power, because they progressively warp our sense of reality.

However, if we understand how the propaganda mechanism works, we can turn it to our advantage to provoke withdrawal of public consent, and prevent said consent from being given in the future. Everyone who is concerned about any of the countless lies we’ve been collectively told, should get organized to focus mass attention on one lie or issue at a time.

This is because with the emergence of AI, the prevalence of bots on media platforms, and the incessant onslaught of alarmist news about natural disasters and social conflict (often manufactured), attention scattering has become one of the system’s main strategies to keep the public from uniting. If we are all focusing on different things, no matter how true, we are akin to a disorganized infantry formation, vulnerable on all sides and easily neutralized. Focusing collective attention is the equivalent of closing the formation tightly, to deliver precise attacks with the potential of causing disastrous immediate consequences – to the system. It also allows for the crystallization of the issue in focus: the more eyes and ears on the matter, the harder it will be to hide falsehoods, inconsistencies and manipulations, with a general increase in clarity for everyone.

An unprecedented and necessary effect of this process will be the mass education of the public to the mechanisms of propaganda. As a lie is collectively dissected, it will reveal the tools and dynamics that were abused to obtain a certain result. Propaganda is not going anywhere anytime soon, because it is an important instrument we will absolutely need to fix our current dysfunctions on a global scale. From changing global production and consumption practices to encouraging mutual trust and respect as opposed to animosity, we will need to rely on persuasive mass communication as a species. But as the public increasingly understands how it works, it will demand that the messages be rooted in truth and public benefit, as opposed to lies that facilitate exploitation.

Currently, private and public data (the new oil/gold) is monopolized by tech companies, who then sell it to entities that use it for profit and control. This information asymmetry is essentially the reason why we are collectively impaired against our overlords. They know everything about us and can manipulate us. We know nothing about them or what they know, and are thus vulnerable.

The absolute best-case, long-term outcome of this plan is the democratic capture by the people of the entire mass data + propaganda and broadcast system, to re-educate people towards mutual understanding, the useful domains of centralization and decentralization, ethical production and consumption, ethics in technology etc, so that we can collectively rise up to this new era with the instruments we need for environmental regeneration, public wealth, and politics rooted in truth. This could be possible by sustainably engineering and employing accessible blockchain technology, which essentially allows for a completely transparent, incorruptible and decentralized collection and management of any data.

GLOBAL DIAGNOSIS

In tentative order of urgency, these are some of the existential threats we face as a species because of institutional power abuse, individual and corporate greed, and generally the psychopathy of a few:

1) Nuclear armageddon

2) Natural catastrophes due to intentional and unintentional, covert and overt geo-engineering

3) Irreversible soil and water degradation

3) Mass displacement due to war, famine, and aforementioned catastrophes

4) Environmental pollution and destruction, related consequences for flora and fauna

5) Global social unrest due to resource depletion, cost of living, impact of AI technology

Apart from plausible nuclear armageddon, each point is currently unfolding. It is important to keep in mind this list of priorities as the plan goes forward, such that we are able to formulate coherent steps to take collectively as we dissect truths and the old order begins to crumble. As things stand, the powers that be are organizing to quickly turn nation states into authoritarian police states. Excess military equipment in the US and elsewhere is given to police departments, who brutally suppress social demonstrations and overtly/covertly persecute resistance organizations, urban, rural and indigenous. In parallel, tech, finance and pharma/ag industries are joining forces to engineer Brave-New-World-like societies for the non-militant portion of the global population.

It is imperative that our efforts result in the global coalition of as many people as possible to prevent a “singularity” of power and control, that is, the convergence of circumstances that make it impossible for people to unite and resist in any meaningful way. AI, bots, echo chambers and the effect of divide and conquer tactics are slowly but surely eroding our ability to come together, so our priority must be to revert that process in terms of healing our relationships across the political spectrum.

Luckily, it is easy to broadly delineate how people all over the world are feeling. The highly repeatable, unifying point that most people across all nations and groups will resonate with is that

MILITARY, FINANCIAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEXES MAINTAIN A VIOLENT SYSTEM OF GLOBAL EXPLOITATION THAT BENEFITS VERY FEW PEOPLE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE MAJORITY, THROUGH LIES AND INJUSTICE.

It is paramount to keep this main description of the problem as the bedrock of the conversation across the board, no matter what specific issues are chosen to begin unraveling it. A propaganda technique that can and arguably should be used is that of converging the collective emotion of anger (which is currently being wasted on echo-chambers, addictions, and engineered squabbling among the masses) towards the the entities supervising global violence, exploitation and ecocide. The enemy is hidden in plain sight, but our collective effort will allow us to defeat it.

To reiterate, the public will be educated in real time about the propaganda techniques being used, such that they understand both their necessity and their pitfalls. Care will be taken to promote conversations that differentiate structures and institutions from individuals, such that we don’t do away with healthy elements of unhealthy systems. The work will be described as that of surgically removing cancers from the delicate organs of human society. Multiple operations can occur simultaneously and under the specificities of place and context, as long as the overarching, unifying definition of the problem is kept as the north star.

Alongside anger, the other emotion to be encouraged and channelled through this effort is that of hope. Another repeatable message that all groups will intuitively resonate with is that

WITH THE RESOURCES AND TECHNOLOGIES THAT HAVE SO FAR BEEN STOLEN AND MISUSED, WE CAN ABSOLUTELY REPAIR WRONGS AND BUILD A JUST, HEALTHY PLANET WHERE EVERYONE CAN PROSPER.

This should be backed up by endlessly repeating data about food availability and unnecessary food waste, grotesquely unjust wealth, land and water distribution, the possibilities of new technologies, the success stories of ecological restoration and community successes. Discussions about processes of re-appropriation and re-distribution of resources, the transformation of institutions and infrastructure, and the evolution of our global human culture should be an integral aspect of this effort, to strengthen the sense that these are not only necessary, but inevitable.

Alongside big-picture conversations, time should be set aside to highlight and connect tangible, positive initiatives that are currently unfolding and that people can join either individually or communally. These could be community gardens, mutual aid groups, education efforts, etc. The message should be that independence and resiliency are possible in the here and now, that there are a myriad ways to immediately participate in building a better future whilst we change the old.

Refining our collaborative diagnosis of what people think, feel and want will help us identify the most effective framings to employ once we have agreed on our chosen focus.

CHOOSING THE OBJECT OF MASS ATTENTION

People that are enraged at the global abusive system criticize it from many different perspectives. Countless are horrified witnessing and grieving the genocide of the Palestinians by the zionist entity and the US empire. Millions worldwide were shaken by the Covid crisis, millions more have for decades been blowing the horn about climate change and environmental destruction. Others are appalled at the silence around the slavery and famine imposed in Congo and Sudan, the largest humanitarian crises in human history. Others place their focus on specific industries, whether big tech, pharma, or agriculture. Others get granular with the intricacies of governments, financial behemoths, or very specific historical events such as assassinations and conspiracies.

We intuitively know all these issues are connected. Many of us are trying to fix multiple things at once, but are confronted with the sheer magnitude of these tragedies and become either exhausted or discouraged. The solution is to correctly identify and hinder the core mechanisms that allow for it all to continue in spite of the disturbances (boycotts, protests, scandals, strikes) that the system suffers from time to time. We have already identified propaganda as one of them,

THE NEXT CORE MECHANISM TO ATTACK IS THE TRIAD OF INSTITUTIONAL VIOLENCE, GLOBAL FINANCE, AND THE SURVEILLANCE APPARATUS.

Institutional violence is all violence which is administered by the state and its known/unknown paramilitary affiliates. Global finance is the web of transacting agents that turn the exploitation of the natural environment and of humans all over the planet into money that greedy individuals and corporations accumulate. The surveillance apparatus is what makes sure that institutional violence can be carried out with minimal losses to the triad, such that global finance can rake in the money to handsomely pay itself, its hitmen, and its watchdogs.

Each and every one of the crises and instances of abuse mentioned above are enabled by this unholy marriage. Genocide has always been standard practice to gain resources and/or geopolitical advantage. Covid constituted the largest siphoning of wealth from the bottom to the top of society in human history, and laid the foundations for the development of biosurveillance. Climate change, ecocide, slavery and the deeds of big-industry are business as usual.

As we know, the legitimacy of the triad is upheld by heavily propagandized narratives, and the suppression of information that challenges them. “Billionaires are good for trickle down economics”, “the military and the police are necessary against evil enemies and criminals”, “surveillance is necessary so we are all safe in a world where terrorists and spies hide around every corner”, and so on. Never mind that billionaires got their wealth through resource and wage theft, never mind that enemies are manufactured for war-profit and that militarized police violently suppress popular resistance, never mind that surveillance is threatening scenarios that are beyond orwellian.

Cognitive dissonance is the uncomfortable experience of trying to think and behave coherently in a world that is upside down, and it is reaching all-time highs across the socio-economic landscape. Nevertheless, some people either do believe the above prescribed narratives, and/or do not have enough elements to decisively undermine them, and/or their personal context prevents them from doing so.

THE ROLE OF THE INTELLIGENTSIA

The above is particularly true of the intelligentsia, which is the social group at once most equipped to affect change, and most averse to suffering reputational damage for trying to do so. These are the scholars and academics, the political representatives, the writers and journalists, the public figures and intellectuals, the entrepreneurs, the artists and celebrities of a certain calibre. Because they cover exemplary roles in societies (their status makes them public opinion agents, whether they like it or not), they are often careful about what they say and how they say it, because their peers (especially those who work for the propaganda complex) are quick to mount smear campaigns or worse in order to preserve the status-quo.

How many times are we sorely disappointed by our favorite beacon of wisdom not speaking out about something that we know they know? This is often not necessarily because they don’t want to. They carefully consider whether speaking out about something they know to be true could result in the discrediting of the work they have done and that they deem valuable. This is heartbreaking, but understandable. The trick is to create a mass discourse environment where an issue is so prevalent, that it is no longer a risk to speak out.

Splits among the intelligentsia over some of the aforementioned issues are occurring more and more, which is good news. The incentives and disincentives are blurring, to the point where not speaking out can also become a problem. For example, among the progressive youth there have been popular social media movements that have used the cancel culture mechanism to punish public figures who support the zionist entity, or who do not vocally support Palestine.

Cancel culture currently operates in two directions. Either abusive power cancels members of the intelligentsia because of actions and/or opinions that seriously threaten it (people lose their platforms, jobs and networks), or the populace cancel each other over culture-war matters, as we said, playing into power’s divide and conquer strategy. What we want is for the populace and virtuous members of the intelligentsia to cancel/boycott assets of abusive power – individuals and organizations – over a matter that transcends opinion and can be evaluated on an empirical basis.

When a broadcast mass conversation brings such an issue to the eyes of the intelligentsia simultaneously, a societal paradigm shift will begin to occur. It will no longer be normal or safe – reputation wise – to uncritically accept narratives that justify the way power is being exercised, because it will now be clear that we cannot trust the foundations upon which the power structures are built in the first place. The very status of intelligentsia members will depend on participating in the thorough dismantling of the lie.

CONSPIRACY AS OBJECT OF MASS ATTENTION

The institutional-abuse category of conspiracy (in criminal law terms, nefarious deeds done in secret by two or more parties) is particularly repelled by members of the intelligentsia and has been one of the quickest ways to discredit someone, especially in academia and publishing circles. People who entertain conspiracy theories are often considered paranoid thinkers who prefer to attribute tragedy to malice rather than to the ignorance or incompetence of the parties involved. Since Occam’s razor necessitates that explanations should be as simple as possible, and conspiracy theories are generally very intricate, then conspiracy thinking should generally be avoided. This argument is terribly flawed, with dire consequences.

The first thing to understand is that the general reasoning behind suspecting conspiracies is as simple and intuitive as it gets:

IT IS FAIRLY EASY FOR GROTESQUELY RICH AND POWERFUL ENTITIES TO ILLEGALLY EMPLOY THEIR RESOURCES TO PRESERVE/INCREASE THEIR WEALTH AND POWER, WHILST HIDING USING THE PROPAGANDA MACHINE THEY CONTROL. ABUNDANT RESOURCES ALLOW FOR ELABORATE ABUSE.

The above should be another highly repeated slogan accompanying the effort. Further explanation should simply not be necessary.

The next section will argue why collectively attacking the violence-finance-surveillance triad with charges of conspiracy might be the most effective thing we have never yet done. What is absolutely vital, is for everyone to begin undoing decades of social disincentives around conspiracy discourse, because it has allowed for an ever increasing number of them to go undetected. A good way to do so would be to begin propagandizing examples of confirmed past official conspiracies, trying wherever possible to describe why they were successful. Further, it would be useful to understand and push back against some of the common pretexts to avoid considering conspiracies as the reason behind many of our ills. Following are a few.

• “Conspiracy theories encourage us to think about the world in a way that dangerously simplifies extremely complex dynamics and processes”
  
  This is a logical error. The world is indeed an extremely complex system which we should not try to explain away with any default framework. However, conspiracies only necessarily add to the complexity: being biased towards not entertaining the possibility of conspiracy is what risks dangerously oversimplifying matters. In game theory, there is no scenario where incorporating hidden motives, actions or rules makes the overall system simpler. Awareness that these exist is, in fact, the only way that we can hope to sufficiently understand the gameplay.
  

• “Conspiracy theories cannot be argued with, because evidence against them is taken as further proof of deception, making debates endless”
  
  Unfortunately, conspiracies will often involve extensive destruction of the evidence of malfeasance, as well as “water muddying” on the part of the criminal entities. When these are very rich and powerful, they can employ entire agencies as well as the propaganda machine to hide deeds and/or derail the public, with countless salient examples. When evaluating whether conspiracy discourse is reaching a dead end, one must ask whether all possible evidence was presented, and whether such evidence was debated under extensive public scrutiny. A good measure to adopt would be to make sure that debates around official narratives are widely broadcast, where the major experts on either side of the issue (popularly appointed) face each other and get to present their respective points in order. These debates should be recorded, and all data should be made public and auditable in perpetuity.
  

• “Conspiracy theories promote paranoia and increase a sense of powerlessness in the general population”
  
  A degree of suspicion towards powerful entities is a healthy and absolutely necessary attitude to have in society. Many are tragically understanding this after observing psychopathic media attitudes towards the tragedy unfolding in Gaza, or having to deal with the health consequences of directives imposed during the Covid crisis. “Paranoia” is the disparaging term promoted by the side of the intelligentsia wittingly or unwittingly serving abusive powers. It works because we collectively have negative biases towards mental dispositions that tend to diverge from an imagined “norm”. Since it is “not normal” to question certain narratives, society assigns psychological shortcomings to those that do.
  The sense of powerlessness can only ever decrease when the collective becomes more informed and aware of their actual positioning with respect to the entities that govern. Although the feeling can initially be negative, individuals and communities become empowered as they gain accurate perspectives on their condition.
  

• “Conspiracy theories are for crazy, racist uncles that ruin family functions and/or for pseudo-spiritual quacks who have worryingly lost touch from reality”
  
  It is to the advantage of the abusers that people should feel guilty by association when engaging in conspiracy discourse, which is why we mostly see and hear about the extremes mentioned above. We must begin enabling sober mainstream conspiracy discourse in mainstream society by demanding investigative rigor and accountability from all parties involved in conversation, by suspending ad-hominems and judgement about personalities, and by expanding the participation of the intelligentsia.
  

• “Conspiracy theories, no matter their truth content, are just another tool for abusive entities to keep us distracted and divided”
  
  This is true insofar as the abusive entities are able to continue enacting the strategy of attention scattering and divide and conquer. In the current environment, conspiracies (some more than others) are wild cards that at once threaten power and are part of the wall of “noise” that keeps it invulnerable. Our task is to set some of these conspiracies apart from the noise and make them fully dangerous to established powers.
  Considerations to be aware of in this respect:
  
  1) We should push back against the “politicization” of conspiracies, i.e. feeding the perception that certain conspiracies and their unraveling are the domain of or will advantage certain ideological groups. In the US, this has manifested as the general association of conspiracy theories with the conservative/right-wing electorate. This has meant that liberals and progressives have had the knee-jerk reaction of dismissing them altogether, proving particularly damaging to our ends because academia, among other intelligentsia institutions, is predominantly liberal/progressive. As we will see, dissecting conspiracies that expose the corrupt core of the triad will prove immensely useful for advancing traditionally progressive causes.
  
  2) As we build healthy public conspiracy discourse, we should continuously push back against that which promotes social fracturing. This is especially true of issues surrounding the culture wars, which are manna for the protection of the propaganda system and the triad.
  
  3) As we coordinate the conversation, some issues which are true and important might have to be left aside for the purposes of focusing attention, unless they can be usefully framed. For example, aliens might or might not be here and allied with our oppressors. A useful frame might be the following:
  “It is important that we get to the bottom of the evidence of unexplained phenomena that have been suppressed for decades. We cannot do so unless we defeat the entities that manipulate said evidence, and might be using it to their own advantage. We have to entertain the possibility that the narrative is used to hide dramatic advances in military technology, and/or to distract the public from the crimes of the triad. We must thus attack the triad with information that we have access to, with incontrovertible arguments, and by leveraging real popular incentives”
  

• “Conspiracy theories are not needed to show that power abuse is rampant and it is in plain sight”
  
  This is an adaptation of Edward Snowden’s remark when asked about the content of the NSA / Five Eye data he hacked into to denounce the pervasive espionage program of the US against its own citizens. This remark is largely true, however without in-depth scrutiny of power abuse, especially of the covert kind, the collective cannot gain the tools to prevent it and to effectively undo the incorrect narratives that uphold the rotten system.
  
  In spite of widespread general awareness of injustice, it is systemically impossible to enact meaningful change because of how all parties are locked into a seemingly inescapable dynamic. Let’s take climate change as an example – conceding, for the sake of argument, that CO2 is the main culprit (although covert geo-engineering must soon receive attention). Oil giants have known for decades what the impact of burning fossil fuels would be on Earth’s temperature. Alas, even the most radical activists are forced to interact with countless fossil fuel products, and cannot escape this unless there is systemic change at the level of governments forcing a complete restructuring of global production and supply chains.
  
  The same is true of financial thievery, as we are almost all trapped in some form of debt which keeps the wheels rolling so that the rich get richer and the poor poorer. No amount of protest can put an end to the stream of oil and money extraction unless governments all over the globe coordinate to stop it. As we know, governments are fully captured by said interests, and their strategy is to keep people from revolting by continuously exploiting crises that paralyze people in fear. The continuous crises are in turn narrated by the corporate propaganda apparatus in ways that conceal their engineering and justify governments imposing more and more measures of control.
  
  Snowden uncovered the extent of worldwide surveillance that expanded and intensified post 9/11. But because the narrative and propaganda behind 9/11 is that of the necessity for security at all cost against the threat of terrorism, there cannot be a massive rejection of it unless this very reason is taken apart, specifically by demonstrating that the entities enacting surveillance are, in fact, the terrorists.
  
  Similarly, no matter how many people understand that the Covid crisis a) allowed unprecedented transfer of wealth from bottom to top, b) hurt millions of people through lockdowns, c) injured millions of people because of lack of treatment or imposed treatment, d) caused unprecedented social fracturing, e) caused emotional/learning impairment in children and youth, f) lay the foundations for biocontrol, bioengineering, and further social engineering, g) worsened mental health etc etc… there is no incentive to collectively resist control measures unless it is an incontrovertible fact that the crisis was an instance of institutionally backed bioterrorism.
  
  In short, the notion that various governments and entities have merely taken advantage of crises that NEEDED containment justifies the abusive measures, and pacifies people in spite of the consequences. Power abuse is rampant, it is in plain sight, but we must acknowledge criminal conspiracies in order to break the narratives that lead people to accept it anyways.
  
  How many of us would go back to the same doctor, if we knew beyond doubt that the pills they’re selling are making us sick in the first place?

• “Normalizing conspiracy theories will open a Pandora’s box of extreme subjects that the public are not prepared to deal with. Even if successful, we do not know what the outcome will be, and it could get worse”
  
  A clear vision of the extremes is perhaps what our societies need, to avoid plunging into either chaos, or complete subservience. Rarely are we prepared for what the world throws at us, but we must still rise to the circumstances and learn as we go.
  
  If we do nothing, the general consensus is that things will absolutely get worse. If we try, there is a possibility that things will get better.
  
  As this plan is brought to the attention of participants, more challenges to the “conspiracy focus strategy” will arise and should be carefully considered in their own right, as well as weighed against alternatives.
  
  Now onto the specific proposed focus.

WORLD TRADE CENTER 7, THE WEAK LINCHPIN OF THE TRIAD

To summarize what has been said so far:

• We must counter the propaganda machine by effectively coordinating mass attention, resisting divide and conquer operations and attention scattering

• Mass attention should be brought to the the violence-finance-surveillance triad, because virtually every instance of abuse can be linked back to it

• The chosen issue to focus on should be one that can be approached empirically, leaving little room for interpretation

• The evidence of the chosen issue should point to covert institutional abuse (conspiracy), completely delegitimizing narratives that allow for the exploitation of crises

• The empirical clarity of the issue, combined with the prominence in public discourse should force a reckoning and a split among the intelligentsia

• The intelligentsia should then begin forcing change in key institutions

• All the former should accelerate the process of societal re-organization, in ways that will be collectively defined in open, decentralized ways as narratives unravel.

Focusing global mass attention on the destruction of World Trade Center 7 for a long enough time period could very likely result in the unraveling of the narrative that sustains the integrity of the global violence-finance-surveillance triad. This may seem obvious to those who are already familiar with the profound inconsistencies of the official 9/11 account, and who understand why 9/11 globally expanded the reach of the triad whilst also strengthening its grip.

In short, the USA is currently the empire with the largest capability for violence, sustained by the largest and most sophisticated surveillance apparatus, serving a financial system still based on the US dollar (the value of which is ultimately based on said violence capability), allowing for continued exploitation of the global south. 9/11 is the key narrative point that legitimizes this state of affairs. It was in countless respects a criminal conspiracy by legal definition, to be globally re-investigated and denounced.

Careful research on WTC7 (and 9/11 more broadly) should be done autonomously by everyone taking part in this initiative. Please see this article for a brief, conceptually complete overview of the matter. Following is a discussion as to why this issue stands as possibly the most strategic among others to choose from.

1. WTC7 represents the weakest aspect of the deceptive official account of the events of 9/11. Visual evidence of its collapse is abundant and solid, and cannot be accused of AI corruption/manipulation. From this evidence, any layperson can intuitively understand that the building was demolished from the bottom. This intuition is backed by irrefutable empirical evidence, compiled, corroborated and backed over the years by more than 3000 licensed independent architects and engineers. Forcing NIST (the US govt agency that investigated the WTC collapses) to come to a widely broadcast debate table with Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth representatives would unequivocally demonstrate that NIST’s reports on WTC7, as well as on the Twin Towers, are fraudulent , which is why every effort has been made to avoid this occurrence. A&E911Truth have performed due diligence every step of the way, making their case unassailable. Global public attention on WTC7 is the missing catalyst that will initiate an informational domino effect about the entirety of the violence-finance-surveillance triad.

2. In addition to the work done by A&E, the University of Alaska Fairbanks research team found that the collapse of WTC7 was caused by the near-simultaneous failure of every column in the building. This four-year study is the first and only university-led structural analysis of WTC7. Using advanced computer models, the study definitively proves that fire could not have caused the collapse, directly refuting NIST’s conclusions.

3. The intuitive visual elements of WTC7, which are the ones that most immediately and effectively impact the public, are accompanied by equally intuitive and dramatic discrepancies surrounding the narrative. Among these, foreknowledge of the collapse by firefighters and broadcast agencies (BBC and CNN), testimony of explosions, the testimony of Barry Jennings and the circumstances of his death, the swift destruction of evidence (WTC7 site was cleared before that of the Twin Towers, despite not having any victims), NIST’s inconsistency and scientific malpractice etc. Broadcasting all these elements in a coordinated fashion will further sow distrust in the official account.

4. The specifics of the debate on WTC7 are very accessible to the general public and much more straightforward compared to the specifics around i.e. Covid or climate change (these being issues that seriously compete in terms of attention already garnered). As the public debate unfolds, it will be crystal clear that NIST has breached the scientific method to reach its conclusions, which is sufficient to show malfeasance even if most people do not fully grasp physics/mechanics. Whilst the WTC7 debate has only two opposing parties that should confront each other (NIST and A&E/UAF team), Covid and climate change present too many scientific intricacies and ambiguous players, which are obstacles in making the debate final. In terms of determining NIST’s fraudulence, information on WTC7 is perfectly complete. Note that it is not strictly necessary for a formal NIST vs A&E debate to take place, in order for the information to have the desired effect on the public, although the public should certainly push for the debate to happen.

5. There is some level of historical distance to the events of 9/11 that make this event empirically and emotionally more approachable than the ongoing, morphing climate crisis or the Covid crisis.

6. Whilst virtually everyone worldwide knows about the Twin Towers, a majority of the global population still does not know anything about WTC7. The surprise factor of a new, dissonant aspect of the most propagandized story in human history (before Covid), in a moment of all-time-low trust towards institutions, is very favorable for harnessing global public attention, and could act as gunpowder that sets fire to the entire 9/11 narrative.

7. Attention on WTC7 can be garnered globally because 9/11 had tangible effects worldwide in terms of every country’s relationship to national security, surveillance, and the US military. Each and every country can open distinct conversations about how 9/11 impacted their international standing and security. In virtually every academic setting, 9/11 is regarded as the historical event that has defined the new millennium, politically, geopolitically, and in many ways philosophically.

8. Humanitarian crises that depend on US geopolitical advantage (such as genocide in Palestine, Congo and Sudan) would not be taking place if not under the direction of the violent, extractive arm of the triad. An attack to the legitimacy of US-administered violence could force an upheaval of the military behemoth from within. People at all levels of the DoD, from privates to generals, could very well organize some kind of internal revolt/purge, once showered with information about how 9/11 was a false flag operation that sacrificed US citizens and military personnel for the benefit of members of organized crime within the war/finance/surveillance businesses. Once the truth is omnipresent, it will not be psychologically sustainable, nor dignified or honorable, to keep serving a treacherous “defense” institution without radically transforming it.
   “War Is a Racket” by Smedley D. Butler could serve as a basic guideline.

9. WTC7 and the unraveling of the 9/11 narrative could bridge divides across the political spectrum in the USA to an unprecedented extent, leveraging everyone’s frustrations towards the violence-finanance-surveillance triad. Once the Achille’s heel of the corrupt military industrial complex comes into focus, the left/progressives will be incentivized to jointly exploit it, in order to speed up the end of unjust wars (most recently the zionist entity’s war on Palestine). The US military is also the single most responsible actor behind environmental destruction in terms of CO2 emissions, protecting extractivism, as well as overt/covert geoengineering. The exposure of the DoD’s financial abuse could also unite right and left against devastating fiscal theft on the part of organized crime within the state. See the Solari Report for the history of 20+ TRILLION dollars missing, and how 9/11 kept this issue out of the US public’s focus. This will also bring focus on the functioning of the grotesque global financial system, which obviously relies on violence and surveillance, as explained, to illegitimately keep filling the coffers of a few. The populace most concerned with civil liberties also has an unprecedented opportunity to challenge the surveillance arm of the triad by demolishing the legitimacy of the post-9/11 Patriot Act/Total Information Awareness programs, among other instances of technologically aided privacy invasions. The case could be made for the immediate halting of any development of AI and other autonomous technologies for military/surveillance use – most notably Palantir – and for a thorough investigation of all technology currently unknown to the public, hopefully in conjunction with other nations through appropriate treaties. Any relevant connection between private tech companies and the triad would also be surveyed. The collapsing 9/11 narrative offers virtually every part of the US electorate an opening to vent their most felt grievances. This should be studied in advance, so that each section of the citizenry can be reached with the most persuasive arguments for joining the effort towards attention coordination.

10. Once WTC7 is part of popular conversation in the US and worldwide, the intelligentsia will not be able to ignore it without looking complicit in the abuse, given that the issue is so widely accessible and obviously lacks official coherence. Since reputation is such a strong motivator for members of the intelligentsia, their urge to be on the “right side of history” will lead many of them to force the conversation into institutional spaces and mainstream media. Representatives who do not coherently comment on the matter will be rightly popularly “cancelled”. Popular discourse should push for turning the triad inside out in every respect, exposing what has so far been hidden.

11. The destruction of WTC7 and the Twin Towers will spark a re-evaluation of the relationship between trusted institutions and knowledge production/dissemination, beginning with science and the integrity of the intelligentsia. Exposing how the scientific method was blatantly abused in describing these catastrophic events will open the gates for a systemic view at how it was also abused during the Covid crisis, which is of paramount concern to millions of people worldwide. Starting with an accessible, contained, physics-focused example such as WTC7 can provide a blueprint to identify and methodically tackle the problem for social epistemic issues that are much wider.

12. Regardless of whether all of the aforementioned predictions/projections occur, bringing WTC7 to global public will still have an important, necessary effect on individuals and communities. This is because the certainty that “we are all seeing the same thing at the same time” opens up space for new ways of understanding reality, for re-examining erroneous beliefs, and collaborating. People everywhere can begin to mobilize in unforeseen ways to render themselves as much as possible independent from abusive systems, and/or take direct action to undermine them beyond the info guerrilla warfare.

These arguments can of course be expanded and should be thoroughly debated. We will now move on to the plan’s methodology, which precisely requires the discussion of the plan itself, in real time, with its purveyors.

LEVERAGING CHANNELS, CONNECTING AUDIENCES

The first concrete step in enacting this plan is to share the present document (or a summary) with virtually every prominent person or organization concerned about interconnected power abuse, and having them discuss it publicly with each other. These should want to collaborate across the political spectrum, or can be persuaded to do so, because the interesting aspect is finding points of convergence between seemingly opposed perspectives. This means avoiding those who have a vested interest in perpetrating division.

Ideally these people/orgs have open channels of communication about some aspect of systemic abuse, or a specific issue that connects to it. We have already mentioned many, but there are more issues/areas of interests that resonate with potentially interested audiences. These range from materialist political concerns, such as building socialism/anarchism/libertarianism, fighting climate change, antimilitarism, fighting poverty, opposing corporations etc, all the way to the more spiritually inclined that denounce organized pedophilia, the erosion of Christian/traditional values, and perhaps entertain the existence of extraterrestrial life.

Because nobody has access to the complete picture, everyone should grant everyone else the benefit of the doubt and suspend judgement on what they believe, factually and/or ideologically. As long as there is a genuine interest in the plan, an ability to communicate rationally and effectively and a commitment to build bridges, none of these individuals/organizations should be alienated. The aim of the project is to focus on WTC7 as much as it is to MAP OUT current understandings of power abuse. This can only be done when conversations are held openly and without prejudice, with the aim to connect as many dots as possible across different knowledge domains.

The format could be that of a podcast, where prominent individuals talk to each other about the overall plan, commenting on the various points from their perspectives, and asking questions about the point of view of their interlocutor. Or it could be a solo endeavor initially, where the person/org in question presents ideas to their audience before connecting with others. In the best case scenario, an incorruptible blockchain-based social media platform is created for the explicit purpose of recording, summarizing and mapping these conversations, rendering all resulting data and strategies accessible to the public forever. Participation would be verified by smart contracts or login mechanisms, such that infiltration by bots or agents is impossible.

Either way, the proposed structure of the conversation is the following:

1. Comment on the general diagnosis/plan presented. Do we agree that current power systems abuse the many and benefit the few? That this is upheld by propaganda? That deceptive narratives must be undone? That in order to do so, mass attention must be focused?

2. Discuss one’s own focus on power abuse, its strengths/weaknesses/uniqueness in uniting audiences and/or advancing change. Discuss the effect of the triad on the chosen matter

3. Presentation of WTC7 key facts, and their significance in undoing the 9/11 narrative.
   IMPORTANT: one does not have to agree with any conclusions regarding 9/11. All that is necessary is to broadcast WTC7 evidence and why it could be the triad’s weakness (violence-finance-surveillance, to be discussed in point 1). Suspension of judgement can be made explicit.

4. Discussion of WTC7 as the most strategic object of mass attention. Why so? Why not? Are there better alternatives?

5. Comment on one’s own focus and positioning with respect to the divide and conquer strategy. Who is my audience? What does “it” believe? What audience/s is it pit against, if any, and why? What other audiences could we strategically connect to, among those that are concerned about power abuse?

6. Soliciting comments from the audience. Who should we have this conversation with next? How are we being divided/conquered? What can everyone do in their circle/community to advance unity/resistance?

The discussion might take unexpected turns, which is absolutely fine, as long as the focus remains on mapping global power and its abuse, and identifying ways to undo it. An effective and natural way to keep this dynamic going until the goal is reached is to frame the initiative as an ongoing, open-ended experiment in defiance. Even as more current events are discussed (abusive powers will likely provoke crises to divert attention away from the matter and to further solidify control), any analysis should be linked back to a discussion of the violence-finance-surveillance triad, and WTC7 brought up as the weakest linchpin.

Following are some of the individuals (US specific, in no particular order of importance), channels and organizations with sizeable audiences that could be contacted towards this effort. Not all of them might be inclined to entertain 9/11, but they will hopefully be open to looking at the WTC7 evidence and appreciate the occasion that it presents regarding their chosen focus. Some might instead offer valuable insights into how to execute the plan, according to their area of expertise.

In order to be as effective as possible, there will have to be a method to reach out to these individuals and organizations. To approach those primarily concerned with the environment, for example, the argument should be squarely about how this plan will accelerate the demise of the primary environmental polluter and CO2 producer, the US military industrial complex. To approach those concerned with war and imperialism, discuss how the 9/11 narrative maintains the legitimacy of a murderous empire, and how WTC7 can help undo that narrative and prevent such deceptions from being performed by any institutions in the future. To those specifically concerned about Palestine, comment on the likely role of the zionist entity in the 9/11 deception and how exposing the falsehoods could swiftly lead to the liberation of all of Palestine. With those concerned about culture wars and science, we’ll underline the importance of exposing those who benefit from culture wars, and the importance of protecting the scientific method by explaining how it was institutionally abused in the case of WTC7, etc.

The overall goal and encouragement to be repeated at every step of the way is that of making WTC7 into a permanent meme, a permanent comment, a permanent object of focus, until it shakes the foundations of the triad. The empire will respond with ever more violent and sophisticated cognitive counter-attacks, but we must remain steadfast in trying to build unity against it. Think of it as a mass meditation experiment, where attention is constantly brought back to the empire’s Achilles’ heel, as if it were our collective breath.

DEFENDING FROM COINTELPRO-STYLE THREATS

As with any large guerrilla operation, we should expect pushback that can sometimes be dangerous. We are dealing with powers that have near complete oversight over our communications, and can easily counter our efforts in unexpected ways. For an initiative of this kind, it is likely that the pushback will manifest in the form of direct/indirect censorship (shadow bannings, account closures etc), smear campaigns, threats, or cointelpro-style operations of covertly pitting individuals and organizations against one another.

We should assume that these threats exist at every step of the way, and take measures to prepare ourselves mentally, materially, and spiritually where appropriate.

A useful way to counter these obstacles would be to progressively build an oversight team that records and measures the flow of information, which as we said should be incorruptible and accessible by anyone in perpetuity.

Ideally the team would be composed by

• sociologists culture and information theorists that can observe and describe how ideas begin and continue to take hold in the population, what bridges are created and what difficulties are exposed;

• game theorists and ex communication agents (NSA veterans and the like) who look at the information landscape as if it was a chessboard, and can describe in real time how powerful entities are reacting to change in public opinion, to advise on alternative avenues if channels suddenly become corrupted (social media and the non-net-neutral internet are after all centrally controlled);

• lawyers who can assist individuals and organizations in legal and free speech matters

• IT experts who can advise and defend against attacks that utilize AI technology, for example, videos that show individuals making erroneous or inflammatory statements, and attacks that cause information to disappear or be otherwise corrupted.

The key for the safety of individuals and the success of the operation at large is to act in a decentralized manner, where connections and conversations are being had as quickly as possible and where everyone simply pushes for the information to reach the next most prominent node in the audience tapestry, by leveraging trust and mutual respect.

A wonderful byproduct of this initiative could be the emergence of communities of mutual support, both online and in the real world, where people united towards liberation protect and support each other, as we all do our very best to free ourselves from a system we know to be intolerable, and build the one our hearts know is possible.
